Defense Minister Israel Katz said that "on the eve of Yom Kippur, our hearts are with the family of the victim killed in the terror attack in Neveh Tzuf." He added: "I am confident that IDF forces will quickly locate the terrorist and settle accounts with him. I commend the IDF soldiers at the Genim checkpoint who eliminated one terrorist and captured the other, preventing an attack."
