The prosecution filed an indictment at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court against Bilal Saka (32), an illegal resident from Nablus, for committing an indecent act against a young woman in her Jaffa home while she was sleeping in her bed, as her family members were in the apartment's living room. He is also charged with entering Israel in violation of the law. According to the indictment, Saka worked as an electrician and approximately two weeks ago arrived at the young woman's home, entered her bedroom under the pretext of needing to check the electrical outlets in the room, and performed an indecent act on her while she was sleeping in her bed. The young woman woke up from his actions and began to scream. The indictment attributes to Saka offenses of committing an indecent act while exploiting a condition preventing consent and entering Israel in violation of the law.
