MDA announced that due to a severe shortage of blood units, blood services will hold special blood drives tomorrow, and is calling on the public to come and donate blood. It was also reported that there is a preference for those with type O blood. The donations will take place at Assuta Hospital in Ashdod; at the MDA station in Beer Sheva; at Beresheet School in Binyamina; at the high school in Givat Shmuel; in the hall under the central synagogue in Hoshaya; at the Meteor Center in Herzliya; at the Ramat Eshkol Community Center in Haifa; and at the MDA station on HaMag Street in Jerusalem.
