The Magistrate's Court in Rishon LeZion allowed publication of the name of Deputy Mayor Avi Haim, who is suspected of sexual assault offenses against an employee. Haim approached the court and announced he is waiving the gag order on his name. His attorney stated: 'The suspect fully believes in his innocence and that this is a false complaint. He does not feel any need to hide behind a gag order and therefore decided to waive it.'
