IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi held a situation assessment at the Southern Command and approved operational plans for continued fighting in the Gaza Strip. The assessment was conducted alongside Southern Command chief Maj. Gen. Yaniv Assor and General Staff Forum generals. Additionally, the Chief of Staff was presented with an initial investigation of the severe incident in Khan Yunis where four soldiers fell this morning.
