Two people were killed in a Russian drone attack in the Kherson region of southern Ukraine. This was announced by the region's governor Oleksandr Prokudin, who wrote on his Telegram account that one woman was killed in the region's capital city, also called Kherson, and another man was killed north of the city, near the Dnieper River.
