Police reported that the terrorist who carried out the stabbing attack at Chain Gate in Jerusalem was neutralized at the scene. The attack occurred meters away from the Border Police 'Machkama' station, where an officer was moderately wounded. A police officer and Border Police fighter who arrived at the scene identified the incident and neutralized the terrorist. Jerusalem District Commander Amir Arzani conducted an initial situation assessment, and forces sealed off the scene and began collecting evidence.
