Defense Minister Israel Katz spoke at the state memorial ceremony for the fallen soldiers of the Yom Kippur War at Mount Herzl, saying: "We now expect the implementation of the first phase in the near future and the immediate release of all hostages. The IDF is in the heart of Gaza City and prepared for any possibility. If Hamas refuses to release the hostages, the IDF will intensify the firepower again until Hamas is defeated and all hostages are released."
