Metula Council Head: I Don't Believe the Quiet on the Northern Border Will Last

|
Metula Council Head David Azoulay shared with the Ynet studio his concerns about another collapse of the ceasefire: "I don't believe it will last. As someone who knows the Iranians and Hezbollah, they will find the reasons." He later addressed the negotiations between the U.S. and Iran: "We're receiving directives from the American president. I wouldn't be surprised if in the talks they decide that the IDF will also withdraw - and it will withdraw, despite the nonsense from the defense minister and the prime minister who say we won't withdraw." He added: "We need to draw the Litani in red and tell the Hezbollah murderers and the people of Lebanon - whoever crosses will pay with his life, and act physically."
