Police arrested a suspect in his 20s from East Jerusalem following footage circulated on social media showing a person claiming to work at an Israeli ice cream factory and saying that "we spit inside their ice cream, push fingers in it, and the Jews eat it." Police are investigating the suspicion of racist motives.
