Jordan's Foreign Ministry condemned National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir's ascent to the Temple Mount, stating that "the intrusion of the extreme Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir into the Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of Israeli police is a violation of international law, a provocation and a reprehensible escalation."
