The Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories announced that yesterday Israel allowed the departure of more than 100 Gaza Strip residents through the Kerem Shalom crossing to receive medical treatment in a third country. According to COGAT, they were delayed en route for more than an hour at a checkpoint set up by Hamas terrorists, and the UN condemned it. Since the beginning of the war, Israel has allowed the departure of approximately 50,000 Gaza Strip residents to third countries, most of them patients and their companions. Since the beginning of the ceasefire, the Rafah crossing has remained active, and so far approximately 4,100 people have entered the Strip through it and approximately 4,400 have exited.
