National Unity Party chairman Benny Gantz commented on the strikes in Iran, saying: "Israel launched a first-rate strategic action last night. In this historic hour, we are all united behind the security establishment." Gantz added that "alongside the importance of the initial achievement, we must prepare for follow-up measures, both in homeland defense and offense - across all possible arenas." According to him, "Iran poses a threat to the entire world, to regional stability and is also a danger to the State of Israel. Therefore, the international community should join in the path to changing the face of the Middle East. One of the lessons from October 7 is that we need to take initiative and not allow a significant threat to Israel to develop."
