The 'Hind Rajab Foundation' filed a criminal complaint with Italian authorities against an IDF soldier vacationing in Tuscany, alleging 'involvement in war crimes, crimes against humanity and acts of genocide during the war in Gaza.' According to the organization, he served in the 'Tycoon' company of the Givati Brigade, under the 401st Division, and was involved 'in the siege and destruction of Shifa Hospital, in the burning of a mosque in the Nasser neighborhood and in the destruction of Palestine Square in Gaza City.' The organization called on Italian authorities to open an immediate investigation.
