Director of the Government Companies Authority, CPA Roi Kachlon, notified Netivei Ayalon Chairman Idan David of the immediate termination of his tenure as director at Netivei Ayalon following an investigation that revealed extreme discrepancies and suspicion of document forgery submitted to the Appointments Review Committee. In his letter, the Authority director determined that David provided information that was not "complete, accurate and truthful" and that his conduct "is inconsistent with the integrity and clean hands required of someone serving as a director in a government company, and could harm the public interest." The Authority's decision was made following the cancellation of his appointment as board chairman.
