|
Police reported that the Lahav 433 unit has completed its investigation into former Israel Bar Association Chairman Attorney Efi Nave and former Tel Aviv District Court President Eitan Ornstein. According to police sources, an evidentiary basis has been formed for filing an indictment in the case, in which Nave is suspected of working to advance Ornstein's appointment as president of the Tel Aviv District Court in exchange for the transfer of Judge Dalia Ganot from her position as a judge in the civil torts department at the Tel Aviv court. The investigation materials have been transferred to the Tax and Economic Prosecution.
