Qatari channel Al Araby reported that the Red Cross convoy has arrived at the location where captured soldier Edan Alexander will be handed over, north of Khan Younis in southern Gaza Strip. According to plan, the Red Cross is expected to transfer him to IDF forces in the enclave, who will then transport him to the reception facility in Re'im for a meeting with his mother.
