Hamas leader in the Gaza Strip, Khalil al-Haya, said that "there is no point in continuing negotiations while destruction, starvation and siege of our children, women and people in Gaza are taking place. The immediate entry of humanitarian aid and food in a dignified manner is the real proof of the seriousness of negotiations."
