The Health Ministry urges the public, particularly elderly and ill populations, to avoid outdoor exposure to heat and sun whenever possible. People should drink water regularly regardless of activity level and stay in air-conditioned spaces when possible to maintain body temperature. Additionally, unnecessary physical exertion should be avoided both outdoors and indoors. When staying outdoors, it is recommended to wear a hat, light-colored clothing and apply sunscreen.
