Police announced that the undercover agent "El Chapo," operated by the Tel Aviv District Central Unit over the past year, led to the indictment of 33 suspects in trafficking weapons and cocaine worth hundreds of thousands of shekels. The agent reportedly operated in "complex field conditions with great creativity," which led to dozens of controlled and supervised transactions involving the purchase of seven pistols, five fragmentation grenades and more than one and a half kilograms of dangerous drugs. Dozens of police officers and Border Police fighters raided the suspects' homes and arrested 29, including a senior member of the Musli organization and three from the Jarushi crime organization.
