The Israel Airports Authority officially announced that Ben Gurion Airport is expected to reopen for aircraft landings from 14:00 to 20:00, as part of the "Safe Return" operation. Transportation Minister Miri Regev stated: "In accordance with security agencies' directives, we are working to return Israelis to the country as quickly as possible. The operation is proceeding successfully." IAA Director General Sharon Kadmi added: "Ben Gurion Airport is prepared to resume flights. The return will be done gradually, with emphasis on the safety of passengers, air crews and aircraft, subject to coordination with the security system."
