Education Minister Yoav Kisch has appointed Ella Mozes, director of the Secondary Education Division in the Pedagogical Administration, as Israel Prize Commissioner and ministerial advisor on the subject. Mozes will replace David Felber, who oversaw the Israel Prize sector for more than a decade. Kisch's office stated that 'the Israel Prize should reflect the diverse faces of Israeli society - equal excellence for both women and men.'
