Police arrested three suspects who prevented entry to shelters throughout the city of Bat Yam. In one case, a resident allegedly attacked a woman who entered with her dog and even removed her from the shelter. In another case, a female resident allegedly prevented a woman from entering with her two elderly parents in their 80s.
