The Haifa Magistrate's Court extended the detention of a police officer and investigator with Lahav 433 and his son by three and five days, respectively, on suspicion of involvement in an assault and stabbing of their neighbor during a confrontation between the two families yesterday on Hashalom Street in the Hadar HaCarmel neighborhood. The neighbor was seriously wounded and is hospitalized at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa. The officer faces suspicion of aggravated assault, assault causing bodily harm and inflicting injury under aggravating circumstances.
