Senate Democrats will attempt once again to pass legislation that would limit U.S. President Donald Trump's ability to go to war without congressional approval, in a move that would also prevent him from resuming hostilities with Iran. Party leaders in the Senate have pledged to advance the legislation as early as tomorrow. Senior Senator Chuck Schumer criticized that "45 days into the war, Congress has been sidelined because our Republican colleagues refuse to take a firm stand against this war and get out of it completely because they are afraid of Trump."
