Police arrested a man in his 20s on suspicion of involvement in the murder of a 28-year-old on Rubinstein Street in Jaffa. Tel Aviv District Commander Haim Sargrof conducted a situation assessment together with Ayalon Precinct Commander Danny Hadad at the scene, and the investigation was assigned to the Tel Aviv Investigative Unit.
