The judges in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's trial have approved his request to postpone the hearings scheduled for this week, due to the surgery he will undergo today to remove his prostate. Netanyahu's surgery will begin after 4 p.m. at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem and will be performed by Professor Ofer Gofrit, head of the urology department at the hospital. After the surgery, Netanyahu is expected to remain in the hospital's inpatient tower for several days.
