Dozens of ultra-Orthodox extremists are blocking Bar-Ilan Street in Jerusalem in protest over light rail construction work. Police declared an illegal breach of order and called on the rioters to disperse, and since they did not respond to the officers' calls, forces began acting to disperse them.
