The Lelover Rebbe (84), Rabbi Yissachar Dov Biderman, is the man who drowned to death at noon in a mikveh in Jerusalem. The Rebbe arrived in the afternoon hours to immerse in the private mikveh at the Lelover Hasidic study hall on Tzfania Street in Jerusalem, where he fell and collapsed. Rescue forces that arrived at the scene performed prolonged resuscitation efforts, but eventually had to pronounce his death.
