Indictment: Rahat resident smuggled goods to Gaza for money during war

|
The prosecution filed an indictment against Nasser Mustafa, 34, from Rahat, for smuggling goods to the Gaza Strip and aiding the enemy during wartime in exchange for monetary gain - while hostages were being held by Hamas terrorists. According to the indictment, the smuggling operations primarily involved cartons of cigarettes and generated hundreds of thousands of shekels for those involved. Additionally, during April-June of last year, a friendly relationship developed between Mustafa and a reserve officer, within which they planned to smuggle goods to Gaza. Later, the officer brought another officer into the connection.
