The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment at the Hadera Magistrate's Court, along with a request for detention until the end of proceedings, against Harish Mayor Yitzhak Keshet for indecent acts, fraud and breach of trust. According to the indictment, during his tenure, Keshet exploited his status and senior position to conduct relationships of a sexual nature and committed sexual offenses against women who worked at the municipality and women who required municipal services. The indictment attributes five counts of indecent acts and seven counts of fraud and breach of trust to Keshet.
