Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that Tehran would be ready to return to negotiations on its nuclear program only if the United States guarantees "there will be no more attacks against it." He made the statement in a speech to foreign diplomats in Tehran, referring to the war with Israel, and added: "If the US and other countries want to return to talks with Iran, there needs to be a solid guarantee that such a thing will not happen again."
