Welfare Minister Yaakov Margi responded to the statements of U.S. President Donald Trump, who called for the cancellation of Netanyahu's trial, saying that: "At this time, when everyone understands more than ever the magnitude of the security challenge and diplomatic opportunities at stake - there is an immediate need to stop the legal proceedings against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, for the security and diplomatic interests of the State of Israel."
