The IDF Spokesperson announced that five terrorists from Hamas and Islamic Jihad who were advancing terror plots against Israeli forces were eliminated this week in the southern Gaza Strip. In a strike in Khan Younis the day before yesterday, three Palestinian Islamic Jihad operatives were eliminated: engineering operative Muhammad Abu Hajaj, deputy cell commander Yusuf Abu Razak, and rocket array operative Abdelhamid Jadallah. In another strike yesterday, the IDF eliminated two Nukhba terrorists from the Rafah Brigade: Salah al-Din Iyad Abdelhamid and Izz al-Din Iyad Diab Barhoum. The terrorists were working to restore the military capabilities of the terror organizations while systematically violating the ceasefire, and were eliminated from the air to remove the threat.
