Dutch Foreign Minister Casper Veldkamp resigned from his position due to a dispute within the government over imposing sanctions against Israel following the war in Gaza. Earlier this week, Veldkamp was questioned in parliament by left-wing opposition parties that sought sanctions against Israel. Veldkamp saw that the Dutch cabinet refused to support the list of measures against Israel and decided to resign.
