The IDF eliminated a Hezbollah terrorist who was attempting to rebuild terror infrastructure using engineering equipment in the Dunin area of southern Lebanon, the military spokesperson announced. The spokesperson noted that the infrastructure was attacked during Operation Northern Arrows. According to the IDF, the terrorist's actions constituted a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.
