Indictment: 3 Ara'ara residents pledged allegiance to ISIS, received instructions for attack in Israel

The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against brothers Mahmoud (19) and Muhammad Sheikh Khalil (20), and a 15-year-old minor, all residents of Ara'ara, who are suspected of pledging allegiance to ISIS and planning an attack in Israel. Police and Shin Bet investigation revealed that in January, the suspects confronted three Border Police officers, and subsequently contacted a foreign agent with the intention of harming Jews. The investigation also uncovered that the three received guidance from ISIS operatives in Syria on how to prepare explosive devices, and even conducted tests detonating explosives in an open area.
