Police arrested a 21-year-old foreign national from China on suspicion of attempting to flee following a check he underwent while riding an electric bike in downtown Herzliya. Officers noticed the suspect riding without a license plate, and while attempting to verify his details, he tried to escape and bit an officer on the hand during his arrest.
