Rachel Rabin Yaakov, sister of assassinated Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, died at the age of 101. President Isaac Herzog eulogized: "Her long and impressive life journey was a model of educational and public achievement. For decades, Rachel was a leading figure in Manara and in the kibbutz movement in general, and she raised many generations of students."
