The Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF) announced the reopening of a humanitarian aid distribution center in Tel al-Sultan, Rafah. Earlier, the center was closed "due to a riot that broke out among the crowds gathered at the location, which prevented safe unloading of aid."
