Meir Zohar, whose daughter Bar was murdered at the Nova music festival, spoke at the Nova Tribe ceremony marking three years since the October 7 massacre. Zohar said in his speech: "Look at the person standing next to you, look into their eyes and see them as a simple person, free of any definition, any label, any dispute. Let's take that look with us outside to the road in giving way, to the line at the health clinic, to work, to the street, to the Shabbat table and to the conversation between us. Our children left us a will written in blood and soul. Life is too precious and our togetherness is stronger than anything that divides us. If they found the strength within the inferno to die side by side, we must find the strength to live side by side."
