Roads have been blocked due to weather conditions. According to Netivei Israel, Route 31 is closed in both directions between Haturim Junction and Neve Zohar Junction; Route 40 is closed in both directions from Mitzpe Ramon Junction to Ketura Junction; Route 90 is closed in both directions from Kalya Junction to Metzukei Dragot Junction; Route 90 is closed in both directions from Ma'ayan David Circle (Ein Gedi) to the entrance to the Dead Sea Works; and Route 206 is closed in both directions from the entrance to Oren to Rotem Junction.
