Police arrested an East Jerusalem resident in his 20s on suspicion of fatally running over a pedestrian in the Rehavia neighborhood and fleeing the scene. The accident occurred about two hours ago on Rashba Street, and the pedestrian's death was pronounced at the scene. The suspect driver was taken in for questioning.
