He presented a 'security plan' that includes 'encouraging voluntary emigration from Gaza and the West Bank; dismantling the containment doctrine, disarming the Palestinian terror authority and arresting senior terror supporters; changing rules of engagement and providing backing for soldiers; raising soldiers' salaries and free land for combat soldiers' and more. A 'justice plan' by Gottlieb was also presented: 'Immediate dismissal of the Attorney General; appointment of Supreme Court justices only after a hearing process in the Knesset Constitution Committee and approval of the candidate by a two-thirds majority; returning the High Court to its natural purpose, explicitly defining issues that are not justiciable' and more.
