Two people were killed in an attack on a vessel by Houthis using drones and speedboats off the coast of Yemen, according to the Liberian delegation to the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Earlier, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) reported a vessel significantly damaged near the coast of Hodeidah in western Yemen.
