German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock told the German newspaper "Süddeutsche Zeitung" that her country "will decide whether to approve new arms shipments to Israel based on an assessment of the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip." She added: "We are examining this, and if necessary, we will approve additional arms shipments based on the assessment."
