The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment at the Lod District Court against a mathematics lecturer at Bar-Ilan University, approximately 60 years old, from Petah Tikva. According to the indictment, driven by nationalist-ideological motives, the lecturer planned to carry out numerous terror attacks simultaneously and cause the deaths of hundreds of Arab Israeli citizens, including Bedouins, throughout the country, as well as Arabs residing in East Jerusalem and the West Bank. This was intended to cause their flight and permanent expulsion to the territories of Jordan, Lebanon and the Gaza Strip. The defendant named his plan AWT – 'The People Will Make Transfer.' The defendant is charged with security offenses of preparing to commit an act of terror and more. The defendant also planned to join forces with Zehut party chairman Moshe Feiglin and recruit him to the plan.
