Religious Services Minister Michael Malchieli has not submitted his resignation to the Government Secretariat, despite announcing it yesterday. Malchieli is a member of the ministerial committee tasked with conducting a hearing for Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara. Sources in Shas said the reason Malchieli has not yet submitted his resignation is that "the process of dismissing the Attorney General must be completed before he resigns."
