Chief Superintendent Alona Shoshan is the officer who filed complaint against superintendent who testified against Prison Service commissioner

Chief Superintendent Alona Shoshan, head of the Human Resources Division in the Israel Police, is the senior officer who filed a complaint against the head of the Police Spokesperson's Unit, Deputy Chief Superintendent Lior Abudraham, on suspicion of sexual harassment. Abudraham, it should be noted, was investigated by the Antitrust Authority following the suspicions. The investigation is actually a sub-affair within the affair of associates of Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, which is being handled by the Police Internal Investigations Department. As part of that affair, it was decided to file an indictment, subject to a hearing, against Prison Service Commissioner Kobi Yaakov. After the hearing, and shortly before the final decision on whether to file the indictment, Yaakov claimed that the main witness against him, Superintendent Abudraham, had a romantic relationship with an investigator in the Police Internal Investigations Department. According to Yaakov, such a relationship, if it existed, contaminated the investigation. According to him, the fact that Abudraham was not questioned under caution raises serious questions.
