Police this week arrested a 13-year-old boy from Dimona on suspicion of setting fire to the hair of a woman in her 60s during a bus ride in Netanya. Shortly after receiving the complaint, the suspect was arrested and brought in for questioning, and a court extended his detention by three days. Police are attributing to the boy offenses of arson, arson with intent to harm people, setting a person on fire, conspiracy to commit a crime, assaulting a public servant and malicious damage to property.
